Hi, everybody! Have you ever wondered about at least 10 things you are thankful for? Thanksgiving is coming, and it is time to contemplate about those 10 things. The first thing I am thankful for is for my parents who have given me a wonderful gift - my birth. They have brought me up and always support. The second thing is my health - my body which never lets me down. The third thing is the opportunity to be able to study abroad and receive a nice education. The fourth thing I am thankful for is people's relationship to me. Many people are very friendly to me and never offend. The fifth thing is my friends. Having real friends means having a wonderful and fun life without any boredom. The sixth thing is my family's and my girlfriend's love to me. Without any love, I would become very evil and strict. The seven's thing is nature: including water, air, sun, and the Earth. Absence of nature would result in no life on the planet at all. The eighth thing I am thankful for is the opportunity to self-develop as it helps me to become enlightened. The ninth thing is Ukraine, my native country, where I was born and in which I live. The final thing I am thankful for is the morning which always brings me a good mood and inspiration for the rest of the day.
What about the 10 things you are grateful for? Which one is the most important to you? As for me, I am the most thankful to my parents, as they are also the only people who will never betray and wish only the best. Let me know!

My Junior Project
Hi, everybody! Did you miss my blogs? I did not miss them too. Do you know anything about my Junior Project? This winter I will have to present it in front of the whole school. So, what I decided to make are two big comfy chairs which, maybe, are going to be connected to the table between each other. A month or three weeks ago, I got all the wood I need to make my masterpiece. Thanks to Mrs. O'Neil and Mr. O'Neil who agreed to drive me to the Lowe's. After that, we even went to a some kind of fast food restaurant. Nevertheless, I am very grateful to them. Other people I am very grateful to are Mr. and Mrs. Berzinskas. They let me use their tools and work in their house. Mr. Berzinskas showed me all the tools he had and demonstrated me how to use some of them. So, last week I sawed my wood in pieces I planned to and even started doing the sides of the chair! Right now the project looks awesome! Also I am thinking about varnishing it, but we will see. I hope you like my idea of the project! Let me know what you think and see you next week!

Iphone X
Hi, everyone! This is my third blog this school year, and
today I want to talk about the Iphone X presentation I watched previous week. I was very excited for it and could not wait for it to start, as I love Apple and want to buy their new phone. The phone I have right now is Iphone 6, and it is very laggy. Also it runs out of battery really quickly! It does not last even 1 hour anymore! So, that's why I waited for the presentation to start so much. Generally speaking, I waited only for Iphone 8, but Apple also presented the new Iphone X, which they actually call Iphone 10. The new Iphone is much better than its descenders, but it costs 999$. Nevertheless, I will still buy it! The new edge-to-edge screen is stupendous, the new front-facing camera became more powerful, and Iphone does not have the main button anymore! You may ask, "How will we use the the touch id then?" Iphone X does not have it anymore, but now includes face id which easily recognizes the owner's face and unlocks the phone. I think Iphone X is the future of the smartphone and a new step towards new discoveries! I hope you liked my blog and will answer me what you think about the presentation yourself!

My weekend
Hi, everyone! How was your weekend? Mine was pretty fine. I did not do anything special, but I liked it. On Friday evening, I played soccer with my Russian, Korean, and some American friends. We did not have a lot of people because many were at the football game that evening, but we still had a lot of fun. After soccer, Mrs. O'Neil, my brother, another 3 guys, and I decided to play Munchkin. It is such a great board game! It is about dungeons, dragons, and adventure! We spent something around three hours for only one game! The day was about to end, but our football team still did not return. Because Mrs. O'Neil is my dorm parent, we stayed in the Commons Room until late night. We played pool the whole time. When the football team returned, I found out that our team won, and I was very proud of them. Next day, I was doing my homework almost the whole time and went to the sushi trip in the evening. I love sushi! Then, my brother and I bought a new PlayStation game and played it pretty long the next day. The game is called "The Escapists 2." That's a game where you have to make a jailbreak! That is awesome! Especially when playing with a friend! So, that's how I spent my weekend. What about yours? Please write your own blog about your weekend and share it with me!

The beginning of my second year at the Webb School
- Hi, everybody! I haven't written a single blog for a long, long time! I am sorry about that. I was on holiday and was pretty busy. I went out with my friends all the time and had a wonderful break! But this is another story... Today, I want to talk about the beginning of my second year at Webb.
So, the flight was fine, no adventure, as it was last year. The awesome thing is that my parents travelled with me, too! You know why? Because my brother is attending The Webb School, too, and this year, I am going to have much more fun!
After our arrival to the airport, my family and I stayed in an awesome hotel. I don't remember what it was called though. The next day, we went to school for orientation day. It was the first time my parents were there. They met some of the teachers and the headmaster. I helped my brother, Andriy, with settling in and showed all the classrooms to him. Then, we all went to Walmart to buy bedding, carpets, a lamp, and other stuff we might need at school.
After our parents drove us back, they left. At school, I met some new friends who are at Webb for the first time. They all are very nice and friendly. The first day of classes was pretty easy, as we didn't do much, but I am starting to notice, that they are getting harder with every day. I think this is only because of the first week, and later, it will get much easier for me!
I hope you like my blog, as I am writing it after such a long period!

The Renaissance
Hi, everyone!
I have not written anything in here for a long time. This is, probably, my last blog before summer break. Thus, I want to share with you some interesting things I learned last week at school.
Last week I learned some more about the Renaissance. It is a very spectacular period of time which began in 1300 A.D. and lasted for 200 years. I found out that "Renaissance" means "rebirth" in French. People believe that during this period was the rebirth of art, architecture, learning, science, and the belief in the importance of humans and their abilities. In class, we learned about some famous people such as Michelangelo and Galileo Galilei. It is hard to imagine the period without them. Also, many kinds of art were appearing and improving. During the Renaissance people started to improve their art by making more realistic drawings and sculptures. People focused on the humans and used rules of perspective and the golden ratio.
I chose Renaissance to speak about because I love history and want to learn some more and share some interesting information with you. What about you? Do you like history? Let me know!
I hope you like my blog, and I will be waiting for your comments!

St. Patrick's Day
Hy everyone!
Today I am going to speak about an Irish holiday. Are you excited??? Me too...Does anybody know what is St. Patrick's Day? The holiday is held on March 17. It began as a religious feast day for the patron saint of Ireland and has become an international festival celebrating Irish culture with parades, dancing, special foods and a whole lot of green. Everyone is wearing green cloth, and many people even dye their hair in green. St. Patrick’s Day falls during the Christian season of Lent. Irish families would traditionally attend church in the morning and celebrate in the afternoon. Lenten prohibitions against the consumption of meat were canceled and people would dance, drink, and feast–on the traditional meal of Irish bacon and cabbage. This feast is very important to the Irish families because it’s a day for parades, for singing traditional songs, for eating colcannon and corned beef. People have a lot of fun there!
Unfortunately, in my country St. Patrick’s Day is not that common and popular. In March we celebrate other famous feast such as "Woman's Day." Boys usually present flowers and different presents to the girls. It is very exciting feast too and is held on March 8.

How is my future going to be like?
Hy everyone! This is my sixth blog already! Do you imagine? I do not actually like writing so it is very impressive for me...
Today I want to speak about how I see my future. Have you ever thought about how your future is going to be like in a few years? Probably - yes, but I want to share my dreams with you.
I often think about my future... When I finish The Webb School, I am going to try to enter The University of Technology in Chicago so I will get a high education and get a nice job. The first thing I will do after finishing the university is to find and work in a job related to oil somewhere in America or come back to Ukraine and work with my father in the Kremenchuk's oil refinery. Secondly, I would like to make a family and have two children, a boy and a girl, at the age of twenty-eight. I am thinking about a pet, but I am not sure, as I will not have enough time to look after it. I definitely will not have a cat because they are very lazy. However, if I will have a pet, it would be a dog, probably a big one, as dogs are people's friends who never lie and will protect their's owner. I do not know where I am going to live in the future. I would like to have an apartment with six or seven rooms and live somewhere in the center of the town. Yes, it will be expensive, but I will overcome it. Finally, I will accomplish all my dreams and take care of my father's country house after he retires, as he put in there a lot of money and work, and I do not want it to be in vain.
So what about your future? What are your plans like?
I will be waiting for your comment!

Ben 10
Hi everyone! I haven't written a single blog for a long time! Lately, I have read an interesting story "The Kugelmass episode," where a man doesn't like his life and wants to have love with some pretty girls, not with his wife, whom he doesn't actually love. He gets very lucky finding a wizard who can move him to a book or one of the films. Kigelmass doesn't miss his chance and moves to a Madam Brovary book and has a lot of fun with her. Not only social, but also sexual.
So, what if I had an opportunity to leave our world and go somewhere into the other reality? Probably, I would choose the movie "Ben 10." When I was a child, I dreamed to appear in that movie. I watched it every day on Cartoon Network channel and was very sad every time it ended. It's a movie about a boy called Ben who finds a special wrist watch which appear to be from the other planet. With the help of them, he can turn into 10 different kinds of aliens. He protects the world and tries to save it from Vilgax, an enemy alien.
If I actually appeared there, I wouldn't waste my time. First of all, I would meet Ben and definitely spend a wonderful time with him. He would show me all alien transformations he has because of his watch and let me touch them and feel their alien skin. Also I would meet his sister and grandpa with whom he usually lives. Secondly, I would fly with him to the other galaxy and meet the highest rank aliens who, maybe, would provide me with the same watch. I would be really excited to get them! At last, I would definitely fight Vilgax with him and save the world!
I am really looking forward to having a chance like that. Maybe, people will invent the game machine which would make us imagine ourselves in the other reality. It would be awesome! What do you think about all of this? Please let me know!
